Rep., Katie Hill, D-Calif., Spoke out on Tuesday in the midst of claims that she had an affair and the participation in a arranged in a “throuple,” or a three-people-couple, with her estranged husband and an employee.

Last week, RedState reported that Hill, who is openly bisexual, had developed a “long-term sexual relationship” with the unnamed employee of your congressional campaign, who submitted ultimately was entered in the “throuple” with Hill’s husband, Kenny Heslep — and later divorce. The three of them, according to RedState confidential sources, had several holidays.

The conservative blog obtained screenshots of several text messages between the Hill and the employee, detailing the reported end of their three-person relationship, the earlier this year, as well as private pictures, including a Nude photo of Hill. After the alleged texts, Hill wanted to take on their work and suggested that “political risk” was a factor.

RedState reported that Hill had an extramarital affair with Graham Kelly, her legislative director, and former campaign head of Finance, for at least a year. Heslep was said to have told of his own screenshot of a text exchange he had with a friend who had heard about the affair, which he later deleted from his Facebook account. According to RedState, the alleged affair was, why Heslep filed for divorce.

Hill acknowledged to Fox News that they are going through a divorce and alleged that her “husband” was trying to “determined to, to humiliate me.”

“Intimate pictures of me and the other Person were released and Republican activists over the internet, without my consent,” Hill said in a statement to Fox News. “I told Capitol Hill police, who are investigating the situation and possible violations of the law by those who published and distributed the photos, and therefore will have no further comment on the digital materials.”


She continued, “I am outraged that my opponent to exploit, as a private matter, for political purposes. This co-ordinated effort, to try to destroy me and the people close to me is reprehensible and will not succeed. I, like many women, the fear of attacks like this before, am stronger than those who want me to.”

The freshman Congressman also denied flatly having an affair with Kelly, adding that her estranged husband from the “vindictive claims.”

“Allegations that I have been involved with a relationship with Mr. Kelly are absolutely wrong,” Hill told Fox News. “I’m sad that the deeply personal matter, which have been brought on by my divorce has been in the point of view of the public and the vengeful demands of my ex now to the life and Reputation of non-related parties.”

“This smear campaign does not get in the way of the work I do every day to our district and our country forward. I’m really grateful for the outpouring of support I have received from colleagues and clients alike, and I know we will get through this together.”
