Renovation Naturalis may continue after settlement with the architect

Natural history Museum Naturalis in Leiden has an settlement with the architect Fons Verheijen about the lingering conflict surrounding the conversion of the Naturalis building.
The museum will be 1.5 million euro transfer to a yet to be established foundation of Verheijen. That made Naturalis and Verheijen Monday known.
Naturalis was the renovation earlier this month strike of the judge. The lawsuit was filed by Verheijen, designer of the building. According to him, there was mutilation of his design and he believed that with the renovation infringing on his copyright.
