Rebel Wilson has been working hard on her fitness.
The Australian actress, 39, posted a video of himself doing a Fitness exercise with the ropes on her Instagram stories to leave on Thursday, it was later posted by her coach Jono Castano.
The ‘Pitch Perfect’ star showed off her amazing weight loss transformation as she pulled on a black workout outfit in the gym.

“Friday now, but @rebelwilson is the introduction of the m-7 days a week,” Castano caption of his post. “Proud of you gurls .”
Wilson is a health and fitness regime over the past couple of months, and stated that by 2020 its ‘ Year of Health.”
“Okay, so, for me, 2020 is going to be called” The Year of Health,” she wrote on Instagram at the beginning of January. “So, I have been on the athleisure, and went out for a walk, intentionally to hydrate and try to avoid sugar and junk food, which is hard after the holidays, I’ve just had it, but I’m going to do it! Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?”
My wife told Entertainment Tonight that she’s started losing a lot of weight during the filming of “Cats”, and since then it has fallen between 40 and 50 pounds.
“I have lost eight pounds, shoot for my song, in four days,” Wilson said. “One, because there’s a lot of physicality, But also, they can be heated up to the set to be very high, about 100 [degrees] F, so that we would never be able to cool off.”

The actress has always been a voice for the body and the confidence, though, and even created her own plus-size clothing line called Rebel Wilson x-Angels. The sizes range from 14 to 24, it was inspired by her struggle to find clothes that fit right.
“I have to remind myself that I can’t even go to the wedding of a friend of mine in my 20’s, because I don’t know where to buy a dress in my size,” she told InStyle magazine.

“Now, I have a closet full of custom, Givenchy,” she added. “My family is going to hate me for saying this, but they will raid my closet, since we wear the same size, and they will know that I have the best fashion taste. Now, I know what I’m talking about right now. So, I think that I will be a big part of my acquaintance, especially those in the “plus-size” girls.”
