Whitney Port had a miscarriage about two weeks ago,” according to The Hills, be a New Beginning,” the star revealed to her podcast, “Pentecost.”

“Two weeks ago, I had a miscarriage,” she captioned a sneak preview of the show on Instagram. “With the amount of different emotions that I have felt over the past couple of weeks have been extreme, to shock, to sadness, to relief, which then led to guilt for feeling that relief. My identity has been shaken with respect to which, as a mother and as a human being. I am currently in the process of learning to accept that my feelings are valid, no matter who they are. Or people that feel the same way if I am or not. These are my personal feelings, which is the result of my own journey.”

The port is the guy to Tim Rosenman, interviews with her, the emotional one.

The port told, feeling really nauseous, and really exhausted,” up to and including the sixth week of her pregnancy, but all of a sudden, all of her symptoms went away while on a trip to Uganda.

“And then the next day I woke up and I saw blood on my underwear,” she said, pointing out that they are not “too worried” because she’s been spotted with during her first pregnancy.

However, the next day, the bleeding continued and got worse. Finally, a doctor had told them that it was “not a good pregnancy.”

Now, the couple hopes that sharing their story will help others process their own experiences.

Port and Rosenman, are parents to a 2-year-old son, Sonny.
