In the latest episode of “The Real Housewives of New York City and featured an ’80s-inspired workout, and it is one of the stars, Ramona Singer, was to take it to the next level.
The 62-year-old shared a photo slideshow on social media on Thursday to honor the memory of the original film.
The first pic is featured in a beautiful heritage in a bikini pictures so you can see that the mother-of-one is in a tiny hot pink two-piece to pose for you on the beach, in the 1990’s.
“The queen of the way back to the 37-year-old! #tbt Tune in tonight for a new #RHONY and we can’t wait to get our aerobics on it!! @bravotv,” she wrote.
The second photo shows the reality TV star, and the lifting of weights in a silver bra and a multi-coloured biker and pants. And the last pic is of the Singer posing with his friend and fellow castmate, Dorinda Medley, in their brightly coloured and aerobic outfits in the episode.

The singer previously revealed that she keeps her great shape by working out at least twice a week.
She told Allure magazine, ” in 2015, “me and My coach focus at all on the core. It is great that we are doing with a kettlebell, it is now up to 30 pounds, and I can swing it between my legs. With one kettlebell, that might be as much as 15 kilos in weight, I’m going to go down for a long time, with my arms up and down.

The singer also said that she loves to run, play tennis, and do yoga.
