Real Madrid fight EU sanctions for illegal state aid to

Real Madrid will appeal against the sanction of the European Commission that the club in early July imposed for the illegal state aid which in the past they have enjoyed.

Beginning last summer, the Commission held in Brussels that the ‘Royal’ 18.4 million euros for the refund. That is the surplus value that the city of Madrid at a grondtransactie to the club paid.
