“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, Dolores Catania, and is looking to be slim for the summer season.
The reality TV star, 48, fell by as much as 25 lbs. and you will feel better than ever after cutting out specific foods, and the boost to her workout routine.
The mother-of-two spoke to Life & Style magazine, on what motivated her to lose weight.

“In fact, the two young girls, my niece, Sarah, and Milania Giudice [her co-star, Teresa Giudice’s daughter]. She’s lost so much weight and is still losing a lot of weight,” Rome admitted to the magazine.
“[Milania]’s going to go to the gym with her mom, and I was like, ‘Oh, you know what? I really need to get on it, ” he says. And I’m like, ” Look at them, so why can’t I just do that?” she added. ‘I was always heavier — I’m going to go up and down in weight, I had to stop it.”
In addition to how to work up a sweat, while Catania is reachable by a diet plan program in a New Jersey hospital health center, and cut out all sugars, carbs, and oils from their diet. She has also stopped eating at restaurants with her boyfriend.

“The other thing is, I know when I first started this diet, which is carried out in order to not only do the ingredients in the foods that you eat every day, but the fact is that you will not be tempted to go for it,” she said.
“You know how when you go to a restaurant, it’s food for them. So I said to my friend, David, and Us going out to dinner three nights a week is at an end,'” Catania added.

Catania warned that it’s high on 750 calories per day diet is not for everyone. “This is not for someone who isn’t committed. I didn’t want to do my summer with the weight I can over the winter,” she said. “The weight does not come off easily as you get older, it just isn’t. When we were younger, we could lose it.”
