Ray Romano in Scorsese film The Local with Robert De Niro and Al Pacino
Ray Romano has a role in the film The Local. The actor is in the film of Martin Scorsese (see next to Robert De Niro and Al Pacino.
The Local is, according to The Hollywood Reporter based on the book I Heard You Paint Houses: Frank “The Local” Sheeran and the Inside Story of the Mafia, the Teamsters, and the Final Ride by Jimmy Hoffa, written by Charles Brandt.
De Niro plays the lead role: a tough Irish hit man who is more than 25 maffiamoorden committed, including the murder of mob boss Hoffa, played by Pacino. Romano plays a lawyer who, for Pacino works.
Romano previously worked together with the director: the Everybody loves Raymond actor also played in Scorsese’s HBO series Vinyl.
The film would have a budget of more than $ 100 million, according to the filmsite a huge amount for a Netflix production. The pictures should be in August to start.
