A female student at the university of Berkeley was allegedly raped in a male student’s dormitory.
The police are investigating an alleged rape that reportedly occurred Oct. 28 in a dorm room at the University of California, Berkeley.
A male student and a female student had attended a party earlier in the evening and ended in the dormitory together, the San Francisco Chronicle, quoting the infornation of the police.
According to the police, the woman told the defendant “she did not want to have sex,” but he alleged sexually assaulted her about 1:30 pm
Authorities reportedly denied the report of the public because they do not want to jeopardize their investigation.
No charges have been filed in the case and the school has no comment on, or performing their own research.
Berkeleyside, stating CrimeMapping.com reported that the school has received at least 23 other sex crime over the past six months.
