Putin wants ties with Japan to “fully normalize’
Russian president Vladimir Putin wants, that the ties between his country and Japan to “fully normalize”.
Prior to his visit to Japan, where he Thursday, arrive, called Putin the absence of a formal peace treaty between Moscow and Tokyo is not more of this time.
