Arnesen is now at PSV in the supervisory board and acts on January 3, in service with the Belgian recordkampioen.
“I’m happy to make the switch to RSCA”, says the Scandinaviër on the site of his new club. “It is an honor to be in the past as a player and soon as a technical director to be part of this club. I hope here is a nice story to write, together with the executive board, the athletic staff and the players.”
The first task of Arnesen, is a new head coach hiring at the current number four of the Jupiler Pro League. Sunday was Hein Vanhaezebrouck dismissed. Assistant coach Karim Belhocine takes, for now, the responsibility on themselves.
‘PSV is Arnesen very grateful’

After his active career, which brought him along to Ajax and PSV led, he worked primarily as a technical director. At PSV (1994-2004), Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Hamburger SV, Metalist Kharkiv and most recently PAOK Saloniki (to 2016) he went over the technical stuff.
In June 2017, joined Arnesen joined the supervisory board of PSV. “We are Frank to acknowledge his contribution and wish him much success at Anderlecht”, responds chairman of the supervisory board Jan Albers of PSV.
“It was and is not easy to have someone with the stature of Frank. Because the daily technical organization of PSV now, can we ourselves give it time to get a successor for him.”
Welcome back, Frank!
