PSG hires former topaankoop Jesé to Stoke City

Stoke City on Wednesday, a Spanish attacker attracted and a Spanish attacker sold. Jesé Rodriguez for a season rental from Paris Saint-Germain, while Joselu is leaving for Newcastle United.

Jesé went a year ago for 25 million euros from Real Madrid to PSG, but the 24-year-old Spaniard had little success in Paris.

After a half year he was leased to Las Palmas, the club from his hometown, and now cleans the PSG, the former Spanish jeugdinternational a year at Stoke City.

“He has not his most happy time period known in Paris, but he is still young and has the ambition to make a good impression in the Premier League,” said Stoke director Tony Scholes on the site of ‘The Potters’.

Stoke City pulled out earlier this transfer all of Darren Fletcher, Kurt Zouma, Maxim Choupa-Moting, Bruno Martins Indi and Josh Tymon to the club.


Joselu is leaving the bet365 Stage right. The 27-year-old striker lives for 5 million pounds (about 5.5 million euro) to Newcastle United.

The Spaniard, who for three seasons signs with his new club, after Christian Atsu, Florian Lejeune, Jacob Murphy, Javier Manquillo and Mikel Merino is the sixth rookie in the selection of trainer Rafael Benitez. Newcastle started the season Sunday with a defeat against Tottenham Hotspur (0-2).

Joselu started his career at Celta de Vigo, where he in 2009 switched to Real Madrid. After adventures in Germany with Hoffenheim, Eintracht Frankfurt and Hanover, went to the striker last season at Stoke City to get started. The English club let him in after the winter to Deportivo.
