Proposed successor Flynn thank you for a job as safety advisor
The intended successor of Michael Flynn as new national security adviser, Donald Trump has thanked for that job. Retired vice admiral Robert Harward dismissed the offer of the president.
That confirms the White House on Thursday (local time) after notification from the Financial Times. The newspaper said two sources familiar with the situation.
Harward got offered the job after Flynn Monday resigned. Flynn was discredited touched because he prior, to the presidency of Trump private with the Russian ambassador in the USA had spoken.
The White House argues that Harward, chief executive at Lockheed Martin, due to family and financial reasons, the job has not adopted.
The Financial Times reports, on the basis of the anonymous sources that Harward himself, his team would want to build Trump on the current assistant-security adviser-K. T. McFarland had promised that she could continue.
