The duke and duchess of Sussex are reportedly so popular that their superiors in the palace wants the spotlight back on them; Jonathan Hunt reports.
Prince William says that he knows as much about Meghan Markle birth plans as the rest of the world.
When asked at an event in New Zealand in the weekend what the status is of the royal baby, William, 36, replied: “I don’t have my phone on me. I have no idea! You guys will find it before I do at this rate!”
While William’s note was a fun and light-hearted, it can also be a testament to the privacy with which Markle, 37, and Prince Harry are strictly held for the birth of a Baby Sussex.

The former ‘Suits’ star will reportedly have a home birth at her, and Harry is a recently renovated house in Course Cottage.
Markle is said to have nixed Queen Elizabeth’s royal doctors, both of who delivered William and Kate Middleton’s three children.
The Duchess of Sussex, however, will have a helicopter on standby in case they required hospitalization at any time.

In contrast to Middleton, Markle not posing for the photos immediately after the birth of the baby Sussex, a practice for which they reportedly “feels sorry for” the Duchess of Cambridge.

Kensington Palace previously confirmed Harry and Markle at the request of the privacy around the cosy Baby Sussex in the world.
“Their Royal Highnesses have a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private,” the palace said in a statement. “The Duke and Duchess are looking forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had the chance to celebrate privately as a family.”

Reports also claimed over the weekend that Markle and Harry will probably go on a tour of Africa, after the birth of the Baby Sussex.
The Sunday Times reported that the Sussex royals will head to Africa in the autumn, probably with their child in tow. The news comes after the outlet reported earlier that the couple can actually live in Africa at some point in an attempt to distance themselves from William, who allegedly wanted to stay in the spotlight with Middleton as they prepared to take over the monarchy.

Markle is reportedly due any day now. Her mother, Doria Ragland, arrived in London last week for the Baby Sussex’s birth.
