President of Panama grants to Dutch journalist grace
The Dutch journalist Okke Ornstein will give grace of president Juan Carlos Varela of Panama. Ornstein was last month in that country was arrested and sentenced to three years and four months in prison.
The authorities in Panama have published a list of the names of detainees who are released. Ornstein is on Friday as he made no objection, the Dutch ministry of Foreign Affairs known.
