Krystil Kincaid, 29, and her unborn child were killed after a head-on crash with a suspected drunk driver.
A pregnant mother-of-three was killed in the weekend as one of the BMW engines that are driven by a suspected drunk boxer crashed into her car while she’s on the speaker with her husband, which he hears her screaming moments before the deadly consequences.
Marcos Forestal, 28, was taken into custody after he was involved in a crash that killed Krystil Kincaid and her unborn child on Sunday, police said. Kincaid, who is eight months pregnant, was driving in Hemet, California, around 8:30 pm, when Forestal veered his BMW in its orbit and collided with her minivan, KTLA reported.
Forestal was allegedly speeding at the time of the collision.
The minivan was partially on fire when first responders arrived on the scene. They put out the flames and worked to extract Kincaid, whose legs were pinned under the dashboard, according to a GoFundMe page set up for the 29-year-old mother.

“The fire department used the ‘Jaws of Life’ to free the trapped woman from her vehicle and she was air lifted to an area trauma center, where both she and her unborn child later died,” the fundraising site listed.
Kincaid’s husband, Zach, told NBC4 he was on the speaker when the crash happened, and they could hear her scream.
“She screamed and she screamed in terror,” Zach Kincaid said. “It was a mixture of impending doom, the realization, she was never going to her children again.”
“I heard of the crash. I heard the tumbling and then, silence,” he said.
Zach Kincaid told KTLA his children thought they were visiting with their mother in the hospital to welcome their new baby brother.

“They thought that they have a little sister here,” he said. “They have the worst news of their life. They were told that they were not the mother, or a baby sister.”
Marcos Forestal, 28, was arrested and charged with gross vehicle manslaughter while intoxicated.
Krystil Kincaid leaves behind a daughter, 11, and two sons, aged eight and four. They also had a 14-year-old stepdaughter.
Forestal is a Cuban boxer who the World Boxing Federation International Super Bantamweight champion, according to the website. Sunday after the crash, a man identified as Forestal said in a livestream video that he is “an accident,” El Nuevo Herald reported.
“Boys, a car appeared and I had an accident,” Forestal said. “Look at what happened to me, gentlemen. A car came out in front of me to see what is going on with my car.”
Officials arrested Forestal at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence, which resulted in a major injuries. His charges were later upgraded to gross vehicle manslaughter while intoxicated.
Forestal the manager said in a statement: “I would like to extend my deepest condolences for those who lost their loved ones in this terrible tragedy. Currently we are working fully with the ongoing investigation.”
