PragerU takes aim at YouTube, and sends a truck to the blast ‘censored’ videos outside the company’s HQ

LED outdoor video of a truck driving around in Silicon Valley Thursday, the rays from the PragerU video that the organization says have been limited by YouTube.

Founded by radio host Dennis Prager, the conservative nonprofit that produces short films that promote the concepts of limited government and the free market.

The truck’s route will include a stop outside of YouTube’s HQ in San Bruno, California, usa. The publicity stunt comes ahead of the opening of the arguments in the PragerU in the California state court case alleging that Google’s YouTube subsidiary was “unfairly censored” PragerU videos, due to their conservative content.

“The truck’s panels to play with the PragerU videos that YouTube has a limited awareness, and with Friday’s arguments in the California state court case against Google/YouTube,” the organization said in a statement. The truck will be starting at UC Berkeley, and the wind blowing through the Bay area, making stops at Major Technology of the registered office of the company is on its way to its final destination, in the Superior Court of California, in Santa Clara county.”

“In spite of the fact that we do not have a single video containing explicit, vulgar, or obscene material, and YouTube, with a more than 200-PragerU videos, labeling them as ‘dangerous’ or ‘derogatory.’ There are several videos in a series on the 10 Commandments, hosted by Dennis Prager, who is related to concepts such as ” do Not Misuse the Name of God,’ ‘do Not Steal’ and ‘do Not Covet’,” it added.

Filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, the lawsuit alleges that the tech giants are “the continuation of the illegal limit, and limit free speech on the global social media and video-sharing platform known as YouTube.”

YouTube has rejected the accusations of censorship. PragerU has 2.35 million subscribers on YouTube and all the videos are said to be available to 98% of the YouTube users who have not been selected, the Limited Mode.

“The limited Mode is an optional function that can be used by a small percentage of the users to filter videos that may be also delicate or mature content,” according to a YouTube spokesman said in a statement provided to Fox News, earlier this year. “The visitors will have the option to choose from a more limited experience, it is not censorship. In fact, this is exactly the kind of tool that the Congress has invited the online services for the parents and others who are interested in a more family-friendly, online experience.”

PragerU will be implemented two-track-action lawsuit filed against Google in both the state and federal levels.

The legal battle began in October 2017, when the PragerU accused the companies of illegally restricting the non-profit’s content.
