The commissioners also claimed that the FBI is devoting to many resources to explore Portland’s radical left-wing groups, and not enough to the white supremacists of a group. One of these commissioners, Jo Ann Hardesty, introduced the resolution to pull Portland out of the JTTF.

The group of more than 100 people began marching to protest through the streets of Oregon city, the death of Patrick Kimmons, who was fatally shot by the police. Sept. 30 after a shooting that left two men wounded in a Parking lot in the vicinity of Southwest Third Avenue.

But the scene quickly broke into violence, as the footage bystanders bleeding from the head showed on sidewalks.
