Pompeo accuses Dems of “bullying” state employees with dismissal request: ‘I’m not such tactics do not tolerate’

House Democrats have subpoenaed Secretary of state Mike Pompeo for the Ukraine documents, Rich Edson.

Secretary of state Mike Pompeo is fighting against house Democrats seeking five of the State Department to sell the Trump-Ukraine dispute.

In a letter, and in a tweet on Tuesday, Pompeo accused these Democrats of trying to “intimidate” and “bully” the State Department ‘ s foreign service officers (FSOs), and said deposits sought by the Congress “not feasible.”

The “dates for deposits are not feasible,” wrote Pompeo, ask for the legislator, the employees have enough time to prepare and intonation, that you try to prevent the state Department advised of the participation in the deposits. In a letter last week, the Democratic Chairman of the house three committees Pompeo informed that they had planned deductions for the five State Department officials, between Oct. 2 and Oct. 10.

The officials of the former Ambassador to the Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch are; the outgoing US special envoy to the Ukraine negotiations, Kurt Volker; Deputy Assistant Secretary George Kent; counselor T. Ulrich Brechbuhl, and the U.S. Ambassador to the European Union, Gordon Sondland. All officials are appointed, except Kent, to request a complaint made by an intelligence community whistleblower, accused trombone “with the power of his office to interference from a foreign country in the year 2020 US election.”

“The failure of these Department employees to appear for their scheduled depositions as proof of the obstruction of the house impeachment inquiry,” House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Eliot Engel; Intelligence-Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif.; and oversight Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., wrote.

In a Tuesday tweet, Pompeo in his letter published in angels and accused of attempt of the Democrats to bully the “intimidate, & treat-wrong” of the state workers.

In his letter, Pompeo also accused Committee staff of the “send intimidating messages to the career Department professionals.” He asked for the Committee’s requests to send, not to the workers directly, but to the Department of the legislative affairs office “as usual.”

The democratic lawmakers requested copies of the transcript of Trump, the 25. July the controversial phone call with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, and a list of State Department officials, who may have been involved with the conversation, according to the letter.

The Chairman will additionally help request the State Department records about Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal attorney, and all records on the U.S. military to Ukraine.
