As a Dallas homeowner that is facing a murder charge after authorities said he shot an intruder outside his home on Thursday, and then went back to bed, and before you make a call to 911, two hours later.
James Michael Meyer, 72, was being held on $150,000 in the Dallas County Jail on Friday.
Authorities say that officers were dispatched to The home just after 7 o’clock in the morning, There is a body had been found lying face down in a park behind the house, and The Dallas Morning News reported.

He told investigators that he threw the shell casings into the recycle bin. Court documents said Myers refused to answer questions from a 911 dispatcher, he was told that he had to defend himself, and that medical help was needed.
