PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida. – Police say a Florida teen accused of fatally stabbing a 13-year-old and injuring a mother and son in a discussion about his religion and controlled by the FBI and other agencies for several months.
The 17-year-old man is indicted for murder and attempted murder on Monday, stitch on a birthday sleepover party in Palm Beach Gardens home. He is in custody in a juvenile hall in the middle, a grand jury decides whether to charge him as an adult. The Associated Press generally does not identify the boy charged with the crimes.
The police says the FBI and other authorities had been aware of threats the teen had made in the past and had as the pursuit of the costs. The FBI declined comment on the report Friday.
