NEWARK, N. J. – Washington A man who allegedly massaged a teen boy back without his permission in a New Jersey airport and gave him a note with money inside is facing child endangerment charges.
Port Authority police say Sherwin Shayegan hit the 14-year-old on a baggage carousel at Newark Liberty International Airport is located approximately 3:10 a.m. Friday and gave him a note that stated, “This is money for me to give you a massage. Thank you.”
The authorities say that the note also included “disturbing content,” but no further details.
The researchers followed the 34-year-old Bothell man to a hotel near the airport. They say that he had “disturbing remarks” and money in the envelopes with the names of the various airports in the United States written on them.
It was not known Saturday if Shayegan has retained a lawyer.
