On the NATO Eastern flank, Poland is a modernization of defense systems, and the modernization of its military, the reach is the highest Western standards to Russia’s 2014 annexation of Crimea from Ukraine.

Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak signed the document at an arms factory in Warsaw.
