Video: One dead, five others injured in a gun shooting incident that took place at one of the best video production in the south-west of Philadelphia. Police say a 21-year-old was shot in the head and died at the scene.

One man was killed and five other people were wounded when gunfire broke out in the moments before a rap video to be filmed Sunday night in Philadelphia, officials said.

Philadelphia police said that the incident took place shortly after 8 a.m. in the 2600 block of Carroll Street in the south-west part of the city.

“I don’t know what it was, and I thought it was the TV or something,” Chris Griffin told FOX29. “If everyone walked into the kitchen, and they didn’t hear the shots anymore, she was going to take a look at it and see what it was like. When she looked out the window, all you heard was my aunt scream.”

Authorities said 10 of the men in the group to be ready for the movie with the rap video, when an unknown gunman emerged from a black car and opened fire, WPVI-TV reported.

“They were about to shoot a rap video as one of a couple of people came in and shot one or more of the people,” Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross told reporters. “All of these people are young men. Unfortunately, this is what we are seeing, over and over again, but, you know, hopefully, we’ll get someone to step forward to set up, due to the nature of the incident and where we have to worry about any retaliation.”
