Persgroep and ANP to close a four-year contract
The Persgroep Nederland and the news agency ANP conclude a new contract for four years. De Persgroep, publisher of national and regional news media and owner of Q-music extends the relationship with the ANP from 1 January 2017.
In a comment let REUTERS know are pleased with the provision of the cooperation. “This long-term agreement with De Persgroep gives confidence and is based on a healthy partnership,” said Guido van Nispen, CEO of the news agency. According to Marcel van Lingen, editor-in-chief and media director of the ANP remains therefore the quality is maintained, and to keep the cost in hand.
Frits Campagne, CEO of de Persgroep Nederland is also satisfied. He calls it “in the interest of journalism that there is a strong national news agency”.
The General Dutch press Agency exists since 1934 and supplies each year, hundreds of thousands of news articles, photos and videos. Dutch media have long-standing relationships with the ANP.
