JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – Pennsylvania man accused of shooting his 3-month-old son in the head with a BB gun has been jailed on aggravated assault and endangering charges.
WJAC-TV – (http://bit.ly/2haOuSg reports of the 20-year-old Zachary Black told Syracuse police that he was “dancing” the gun if it’s Wednesday dismissed. Police say the BB against a wall and struck the child.
Johnstown police say the baby has a BB lodged in his brain. The child was treated at the children’s hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.
The baby’s condition was not immediately available.
Police say the incident happened at the Black house. Johnstown is about 60 miles east of Pittsburgh.
Online court records do not have a lawyer for Black, who remained in the Cambria County jail, unable to post $ 75,000 bail.
