Fox News has learned that the vote is a floor on Thursday on the House.
In a letter to the Democratic house lawmakers, Pelosi, D-California, said, “This resolution is transcripts the procedure for the hearings, which are open to the American people, approved the disclosure of the deposition, describes the method for transmitting evidence to the justice Committee considers potential indictment, and establishes due process rights for the President and his Council.”

Republicans have demanded for weeks, a formal vote, the challenge to the legitimacy of the current framework for the impeachment process in the absence of one. It is possible, however, the Republicans can always claim that this procedure in fact to codify the impeachment.

This is the right thing to do, for the institution and for the American people,” said McGovern.
