Paul McCartney does an encore with Ringo Starr and Ronnie Wood

Visitors of the concert that Paul McCartney (76) Sunday gave in London have a special treat. The ex-Beatle treated the audience to a guest performance of his former colleague Ringo Starr (78) and Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood (71).

McCartney and the drummer share today only rarely on the podium. Starr crawled in the O2 Arena behind the drums for Paul to stand during the playing of his classic ‘Get Back’. Also guitarist Ronnie Wood played the song.

Starr had a good time, as evidenced by his reaction after the end of the concert. “It was a great evening,” he wrote on Twitter.

McCartney is currently busy with his Freshen Up-world tour.

Having a great time at the O2 London freshening it up with Paul, Ronnie and Ringo I love you man thanks for the great night. Peace and love. ๐Ÿ˜ŽโœŒ๏ธ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿฆ๐ŸŽต๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฅฆโ˜ฎ๏ธ
