STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – A Penn State the board of directors who has been a vocal supporter of the former head football Joe Paterno is not running for a new term as a university trustee.
Businessman Anthony Lubrano said Monday he faces of family and business demands on his time and is of the opinion that new entrants will help the university.
Lubrano is a high-profile member of the board of directors , regularly with the other alumni-elected members in the policy of collisions with other drivers.
He has long-promised a critique of 2012, a university-commissioned report that found the error in the late football coach and the university administrators over their handling of the Jerry Sandusky child abuse scandal.
Asked about the status of that criticism on Monday, Lubrano said that he has a few months on the board.
Lubrano, the head of an asset management and financial services provider, based in Paoli, near Philadelphia.
