Pasta with red pesto: you can make it with just five ingredients

What you’ll need for up to four people

  • 400 grams penne
  • 400 grams of tuinerwtjes (frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons of red pesto
  • 200 grams of boiled shrimp*
  • 100 grams of feta cheese

* Vegetarian option: substitute cooked shrimp to it by strips of sun-dried tomatoes

How do you get it going

  • Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain and collect the cooking juices on it.
  • Put the pasta back in the pot and add the pesto, tuinerwtjes and since that date, along with a splash of cooking water. Mix well and warm until most of the moisture has evaporated. Transfer the pasta to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the pasta onto plates and crumble the feta cheese over it.
  • Enjoy your meal!
