The German authorities temporarily shut down sections of the airport of Munich on Saturday because a woman came into a zone without going through security and passport checks.

Munich federal police said in a tweet shutting down parts of the terminal of two in search of the unknown woman. She gave no further details.
The closure led to delays, cancellations and long queues for the security checks. Terminal two was reopened after it was searched, a few hours later, although the woman was still at large and the police went looking for her.
