A north carolina mother, father, step-father of a 15-year-old girl said to have been put behind bars, after police accused them of the assault and kidnapping of a teenage girl they found in their daughter’s bedroom in an apparent hate crime.
The 15-year-old’s biological father, a 49-year-old Luisandor Two, and her mother, 46-year-old Haydee Arguello, and her step-father, 46-year-old Wilfredo Amaya, the alleged abuse of a 17-year-old African-American boy, physically, for about 30 minutes, and threatened to kill him on Thursday, according to San Bruno Police and local reports. The San Bruno hotel is located in approximately 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco.
The boy went to the police and told them he was held against his will, assaulted and threatened by three suspects at a home in San Bruno, according to police.

“This family subsequently held the victim with the help of a rope. It held him against his will, assaulted him several times, and even threatened to kill him,” according to a press release sent to Fox News, the San Bruno Police Department. The press release says the victim was eventually “freed” and he went out of the house.
The police said that the doctors later treated him to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The 15-year-old sister claimed to be her parents thought that the boy was an intruder and acted in self-defense, KGO-TV reported.
“They were afraid, because they have found it in the closet. They have to jump because everyone else was asleep, and this man started to kick my step-father and attempting to kill him,” Belkys Gomez said.
Dr. Gomez, who was in the apartment during the alleged assault, reported to have said: “He (the victim) hit her, and then my step-father, and, of course, is not going to let anyone touch her. She was trying to get him to stop and he was acting very violently, so she wrapped the rope in order to try to tie him down and ask him why he was in the house.”

The police said the three suspects used racial slurs during the alleged attack.
“The victim reported that the attack of the accused persons shouted at him and using racial slurs, and he believed that he was in the race to be a motivating factor in the attack,” said police in a news release, adding that “the victim is an African-American, and the suspects are of Latin american descent.”
Dr. Gomez is reportedly said many of the allegations were “not true.”

Two, Arguello, and the user interface have been arrested and are facing charges including kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats.
The 15-year-old had been in the possession of, Child Protective Services, KGO-TV, was added.
