Parent company Google sees strong revenue growth, megaboete EU press profit

Alphabet, the parent company of Google, saw its sales in the last quarter increased by 21 percent compared to the same period a year earlier. Alphabet got considerably more revenue from its ads, as compared of 2016. That were good for 22,67 billion dollars (approximately 19,47 billion euro) turnover, compared 19,14 billion dollars (16,44 billion euros) a year earlier.

The ad revenues are also higher than a quarter earlier. Thus, the company did better than analysts expected. In march decided several prominent companies to the video site YouTube to leave. Ads appeared on extremist videos, where the companies concerned to be made.
