Oysters, 7 times otherwise

Nieuwjaarsklassieker number one: a wide variety of fresh oysters. Of course, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a raw oyster (which may be in the company of a glass of champagne or even a fresh geuze), but please be inspired by these seven recipes if you do it this year differently than otherwise.

You want oysters or try a different serve than traditional, but will therefore no longer in stitches? Keep it simple and replace the turn of black pepper by a few drops of Tabasco.
