Oregon State student abducts hotel worker, takes her on a bizarre ride, police say

A college freshman faces charges for the kidnapping of a female employee’s hotel in Oregon under shot then takes her on a joyride while handcuffed in his car, authorities said.

Cedar A. Haddad, an Oregon State University student, was on Wednesday arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, threatening and coercion in connection with the alleged kidnapping, The Oregonian reported.

The police said the 19-year-old freshman at the Inn at Nye Beach about 3 hours and Saturday night and pulled out a fake gun.

Haddad, who is a computer science, held the 26-year-old female employee at gunpoint, and asks her to scream.
