Orange increases despite a loss and tie on FIFA rankings
The Dutch national team is two places higher up the FIFA rankings. After the defeat against Greece (2-1) and the tie in Sweden (1-1) is Orange the number 24 in the ranking of the wereldvoetbalbond.
The ranking is still led by Argentina, Belgium and the new number three Germany. Colombia drops a spot, while Brazil from place nine to five climbs.
The top ten also consists of Chile, European champion in Portugal, France, Uruguay and Wales. With a loss of three places drops in Spain in the eleventh place, leaving the world champion 2010 and European champion of 2008 and 2012, for the first time in years outside the top ten.
World cup qualification
Sweden in the world cup qualification with a 1-1 gelijkspeelde against Orange, drops a place to number 41.
