(Reuters) – Oracle Corp said on Wednesday its Chief Executive Officer Mark Hurd would be taking a leave of absence due to health reasons.
Separately, the company reported a 5.7% fall in quarterly profits.
The company’s shares were down 6 percent in extended trading.
