The National ombudsman is following a series of complaints to do research to the digital mailbox of the website

At both the National ombudsman as MAX Ombudsman also regularly received complaints about missed messages in the digital mailbox.

Omroep MAX has, therefore, a special hotline was established for complaints to collect. The National ombudsman Reinier van Zutphen will take those complaints in a research. He wants to know what problems people run with the use of the messaging box. Van Zutphen said Tuesday in the MAX program Hotline!

In the messaging box of get letters from the Tax authorities, Sociale Verzekeringsbank, the UWV, the Dutch National Road traffic authority (RDW), municipalities, provinces and water boards.
