Oklahoma woman arrested for arson after getting caught by his own surveillance cameras, officials say

Investigators say an Oklahoma city woman who torched a house next to her burned through her home security system.

Annie, Head, 59, was arrested by the Del City Fire investigators, who are charged with second-degree arson charges after authorities said they were “deliberate” fire at her neighbour, has been sentenced in a house on the 10th of June.

The most important proof for this? The Surveillance footage of her with the password-protected outdoor camera that she had given the officers permission to look at it.

“They caught her on the camera and set it on fire,” the Del City Fire Dept. Chief Tony Pursell told KFOR.

The fire department received several 911 calls around 2:45 a.m. reporting a house fire in the 2000 block of What took Place. Once on scene, firefighters observed a single-storey house, with a “significant fire” coming from the garage.

The emergency services, the house was condemned after the fire was out of the area, the firefighters advanced into the structure, in order to check for possible victims.

No one was injured in the fire, but investigators had been called in to investigate the cause, because the house was condemned.

During the investigation, authorities learned about a conflict between the owner of the condemned property, where homeless people and drug users when it is said that it is likely to crash — and its next door neighbor, the Del City Fire department said in a news release.

Researchers said, and saw a surveillance camera pointed directly at the area where the fire started, but it was protected by a password.

Durham, however, were the authorities to grant permission for the viewing of the images.

Officials say the surveillance footage showed the Head to throw an object lit on fire, the window of the convict’s home.

The researchers believe that it of an ongoing feud between the neighbors was what prompted to Head to set fire to the house.

“However, regardless of the extent of any conflict, it is not a solution to a conflict, to solve it,” Del City Fire department Chief Brandon Pursell said. “The senseless actions of the person to be placed in the lives of the innocent neighbours, and responding firefighters at a serious risk.”

Head was booked at the Oklahoma County Jail and faces second-degree arson charges.
