Richard Adams, 20, is facing a charge of felony assault for attacking a teenager who he claims, was the rape of a 5-year-old boy.
An Ohio man was arrested last week for attacking a teenager he said was the rape of a 5-year-old, police said.
Richard Adams, 20, walked into a room of his Eastlake, Ohio last Thursday and said that he saw a 17-year-old rape of a 5-year-old boy, WEWS reported.
“I have a bit of a black-out,” Adams told Cleveland’s Fox 8. “I saw a 17-year-old murder of a 5-year-old. I wanted to help the boy and that was all what I thought I was stopped.”

Both the teenager and Adams were arrested the teenager for rape, and Adams for the crime of assault, police said.

Adams’ relationship with the 17-year-old — whose identity was not released, was not immediately clear. Adams posted bond and is due in court next month, Fox 8 reported.
