It’s the Media that has for years failed to address the multiple offers for a procurement of over 50,000. This breach of the data protection supervisor of the public procurement rules, writes the daily NRC.
The office of the Commissioner for the Media monitors public service broadcasting for their money, according to the rules of spending, for example, at the time of payment from third-party manufacturers.
The regulator is provided by the government, citizens and businesses, funded, and government procurement, which is more than 50,000, at least three price quotations.
In this way, it can be prevented that the organization is guilty of a conflict of interest. In the last five years, despite dozens of calls for tenders above the € 50,000 rounded to no more bids can be requested.
The office of the Commissioner, may, in some cases, the rule is different, but only when it is explained to you how these defects arise. In response to the NRC let’s be aware, however, that the error of the policy “is not properly motivated, or at least that the of the written statement of reasons, may be out of date”.
The paper has made the Commission a few months ago, the questions to be asked and, thus, called for an internal investigation. One of the first outcomes of this is that the supervisor will change for the better has been promised by future proceedings, which, however, deviate from this rule, carefully, to support and documentation.
