The Daily Caller had reported earlier this month on Ocasio-Cortez and Chakrabarti role with the PAC, noting that the Congressman never disclosed, the Federal Election Commission that she “controlled the PAC, while at the same time, support for their primary campaign.” Former FEC officials said at the time, could constitute violations of campaign Finance law.
