U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, blasted congressional Republicans on Saturday for finding a “bluff” to vote on their proposed Green New Deal-a step that other Democrats have derided as a political stunt.

“The GOP’s turn to whole game, votes in the Congress to target other ‘tweeted on the plate for the leg [legislative] you have to pass intent, is a disgrace,” Ocasio-Cortez. “Stop the American peoples’ time + learn to govern. Our jobs are not for the election campaign, and that is exactly what this bluff-votes.”

The freshman Democrat has announced the Green New Deal as an attempt to get rid of the US greenhouse gas emissions in the production of millions of high-paying jobs. Ocasio-Cortez, called climate change a “generations Problem”, describing it as “our world war II” for younger people.

The Republicans have the ambitious plan, as socialism and name your price, could be up in the trillions of dollars.
