Obama famously won the 2008 presidential elections, the competitions after the victory over the future democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in the primary. The former President later appointed as his Secretary of state, and supposedly a better candidate saw in her, as the former Vice-President, Joe Biden, for the continuation of his legacy.

“If you look at the world, and the views of the problems that it’s usually old people, mostly old men, which is not always out of the way,” Obama also said during the Monday event in Singapore.

“It is important for political leaders to try and remember yourself, remember that you are there to do a job, but they are not there for life, they are there to support, their own sense of self-worth, or their own power.”

Obama has long been his wife, former first lady Michelle Obama praised. For example, he said, to remain married to her was one of his greatest successes. Also, he praised her performance as first lady and claimed that she “upgraded” him.
