The New York City police department officer has been accused of orchestrating a murder-for-hire plot designed to kill her ex-husband, and her best friend’s daughter, pleaded not guilty to the charges at a Friday hearing.
The NYPD Officer Was Cincinelli pleaded not guilty to the two murders-for-hire and one count of obstruction of justice during an appearance in federal court, FOX5 reported.
