The Nutrition centre warns for this diet and claims that there are a number of things are not right. “The most important thing is the amount of protein in the daily meals that they prescribe, which is very very low,” says the spokeswoman. “Much lower than that of a normal adult has. If you long-term low-protein intake, breaking down your body muscles. Weakened muscles and a reduced resistance can be the result.”
That is not the only thing The Nutrition centre (voedingscentrum) about falls. “In addition, there is little calcium in the diet, which is necessary for bone formation. This can lead to osteoporosis. What is also very striking is that they are not like others who give advice about nutrition based on non-animal products, recommend a vitamin B12 pill, this vitamin is only found in animal products.”
The Nutrition centre reports that the consumer-the balancing should make to this diet to follow. “But it may be said that things are not well.”
The Green Happiness focuses on a young target group. “Teenagers will be even more receptive to the message and what these ladies radiate. I think it’s important for parents to get your child to keep an eye on”, says the spokeswoman.
