Former FBI assistant Director and CNN contribution of Andrew McCabe, the Ministry of justice proposed to the ongoing criminal investigation into his conduct in office and insisted he would not deal a plea, if he’s being followed.

The “Cuomo Prime Time,” McCabe blasted the investigation by the DOJ inspector General, Michael Horowitz, says that he “rejects absolutely” his findings and conclusions.

“I have never deliberately mislead anyone about anything, and I certainly have not committed a crime,” McCabe CNN anchor Chris Cuomo said Tuesday evening. “I was asked the questions on two different occasions over an article that was published months before I was asked, questions quite spontaneously in the middle of the other much more intense and challenging problems, the swirling was around me at the time.”

“If I thought, after the fact, that these answers may be inaccurate or wrong, the handle I to the people, to ensure that you understood exactly what I meant and understood what was exactly the situation… At this point, I am confident that if you follow will follow the facts and the law, I have absolutely nothing to worry about.”


“So, if you sue and your lawyers say, ‘Listen, there are some questions that you are here and you are a business, we think that this was incompatible, we called it” lack of openness,’ well, it’s going to be a perjury charge, we believe that she has made false statements,'” said Cuomo. “You offer them a deal. “Absolutely not, under any circumstances,” the ex-FBI officials confirmed. “I’ve said from the beginning I reject absolutely that the report, because I never deliberately mislead anyone about anything and I’m not going to stand up and say, I did something that I do. So it’s not going to happen.”



Last week, the DOJ rejected McCabe’s appeal in relation to an ongoing criminal probe from the US justice Minister Jessie has recommended Liu, you with criminal charges against former FBI officials. The probe is investigating whether he misled investigators over a media leak about the Clinton Foundation shortly before the election in 2016.

McCabe, who was forced out of the DOJ at the beginning of 2018, landed a gig with CNN just last month.
