Northern Irish police shows new images of suspect of killing journalist

The Northern Irish police has Friday, new released footage of the person suspected of the killing of the 29-year-old journalist Lyra McKee in the city of Londonderry.

The police calls people that the person on the image recognize on to direct contact.

Supervisor at the police Jason Murphy says determined to be the perpetrator. “I want the people who are responsible for the death of Lyra to find and I think that the information that can help us within the local community.”

The 29-year-old journalist was on 18 april when riots in Londonderry shot. They stood at that time next to a police car. The police consider the death of McKee as a terrorist incident, and an investigation of a killing to start.

The militant republican group the New IRA in Northern Ireland admitted that she is responsible for the death of McKee.

Earlier, two men held in connection with the shooting incident. They were last Sunday, is released. On Tuesday, a 57-year-old woman was arrested.
