A North Carolina man is facing charges after he entered a senior living community on Saturday and allegedly asked a woman how long it was ago that she had seen a man’s genitals, and — in a separate incident on the community — allegedly groped a woman’s breast.

Martell Brothern was indicted for burglary and sexual battery after the incident in Aldersgate Apartments Greensboro, according to FOX8.

“It scared me to death, I should think. It is just scared for me, what would have happened,” Nancy Vaughn, a resident of the community, which is in contact with the suspect, told the news station.

Vaughn claimed that Brothern knocked on her door and ask for a glass of water while he waited for his grandmother to come. When they returned with the water, Brothern allegedly asked her how long it was ago that she had seen a man’s genitals.

“I lost it when he said that,” she remembered, which she told the man to leave.

In another incident, Brothern allegedly groped a female resident in the chest.

Brothern was charged with indecent exposure in April, but that was not “mentally fit to proceed to trial” in that time, FOX8 reported. He is now expected in court on 17 August, according to the news station.

A spokesman for the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office was not immediately available for comment when contacted by Fox News Wednesday afternoon.
