No crime against the citizen arrest of the suspects, a teenager

CLEVELAND County prosecutors in Cleveland say three adults accused of chasing a pair of teenage alleged car thieves, leaving them in the trunk of a vehicle and delivering them to the police should not be confronted with a crime against. reports Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH’-guh) County prosecutors have referred the case back to the city officers of justice. They will decide whether the meeting earlier this month merits crime against adults — a woman and her two sons.

The police records indicate someone fired at the teens and held them at gunpoint. County Prosecutor Michael O’malley said investigators believe that the shooter was a fourth person they are still trying to identify.
